Basic safety instructions, rough draft

The rough draft of our safety instructions can be reviewed at this time, technical writers and others who've volunteered to help in the past are welcome to review, point out errors and inconsistencies, suggest anything that should be added. All documentation will be posted online for review before the manual goes to print, which must happen relatively quickly, so we're now going to work on the rest of the docs.

Bravo!

The analogy of skin diving is interesting. However it is a field where (in most jurisdictions) a course is required. I can not, in fact, come up with anything better since almost anything else with similar worries seems to require training/licensing/etc.
(: Maybe training courses for new users could be part of your business plan. :)

For a first draft, I'm impressed.

Maybe a comparison to skydiving or hang gliding would be a better one to make.

A small point but in the paragraph "Avoid device and electrode modifications"

The word "indended" should read "intended" with a 't'.
