That's fantastic. But it also shows just how much we need the next phase of DL Labs launch -- your own chastity device. That motor is small -- but it's actually fairly big considering where it must be placed (as shown in the picture). Trust me, when tumescent, I do *not* have any spare space in there!
It seems the picture is a bit misleading, the curvature on the tip of the polycarbonate CB3000 cage makes the motor seem bigger than it really is; also it is supposed to stay on one side of the penis not below it, but it's hard to show that in an empty cage.
The motor size is such that when the penis tries to become erect it pushes with good strength against the motor, making the stimulation even more effective. So the fact that it has some mass is actually beneficial - tiny protuberances were added on its surface, to further increase tactile sensation.
When the penis is soft the motor doesn't feel particularly bulky inside the cage.
Lots and lots of work went into motor choice. We really tried dozens of motors and went through a specsheet nightmare triangulating with UK vendors, Chinese vendors, finding out errors in the specsheets and so forth.
We're now total pros in vibrating motors! We're very proud of this motor which took so much work to find (and even more to overmold). It's the only motor on the market (well out of production really) that can deliver sufficient stimulation. Everything else is far less powerful and won't feel like anything at all, or is way too big to fit into the cage. Vendors aren't of any help as testing methods aren't standardized and you can't compare any of the published values across models.
We can't wait until people try it out and report on it!
Hopefully we'll get cashflow quickly enough to stock up on these out of production motors before they're gone.
