We received our vault and it looks great! Easy to install just plug and play. Love the look of the led lights at night.

I have a few questions:

1) How long does it take to charge the battery on the vault?

2) Once the safe is unplugged how long will the battery last before it needs to be plugged in to be recharged?

3) If I grant basic access to my sub in the DL Lounge to other users, will they have access to the vault functions or just the basic access to the DL 2000?

Hi Charlotte,

1. Up to a few hours, the indicator on the ChronoVault admin panel lets you know when the battery is charging.

2. The safe battery should last for months without having to be plugged back in.

3. Permissions are assigned on a per-device basis, so you can choose what permissions are assigned on what devices.
