Last minute sourcing trouble

Sourcing for a product that's got more than 40 different electronic components is not easy. We had huge trouble this morning because it looked like one of the parts would be out of stock until the end of Feb 2012. However we've found a replacement which should work and so we're a couple parcels away from having all our components ready to go to assembly.
