Hmmm, maybe it is a vibration stimulation device. A device that lets a remote user manipulate a penis. Vibration commands (like ones found in game controllers) look like music, maybe that is the connection.

Nonetheless, the music and the gearing componentry suggests that this is some sort of a remote control device that enables control and compression of the penis for the purposes of frustration and possibly orgasm or stanching orgasm at the last minute through compression.

The mini-USB port would be for connection to a computer & for the new device to be operated either under program control or virtual world control remotely across the Internet.

I've got to admit this one is beyond me. The only thing I can possibly think of here is repetition with slight variation, so maybe some sort of hypnotism or just gradual stimulation. But how does that fit in with gears and remote facilities? The USB seems consistent and suggests some remote control by the keyholder. Maybe the male has to report to the computer at regular intervals for whatever is to be delivered. As we have been told it is complimentary to the DL2000 it is nothing to do with the penis so maybe it is anal stimulation???
