Feature requests, compatibility requests, translation requests, payment options requests

Due to the large amount of feature requests not seemingly accompanied by a real intent to purchase a product, our policy as of now is to only consider improvement requests that are accompanied by a deposit of at least a portion of the product's cost.

Question: is the DL2000 compatible with such and such chastity device not listed on the compatibility page?
Answer: Are you ready to deposit 50% of the product cost, give us some time to work on it, and then get back to you with an affirmative answer (in which case you pay the rest of the money, we produce the necessary parts, and ship the product to you within an agreed period of time) or a negative answer (in which case the deposit is refunded in full)?

Question: I can't understand English. I need a translation of the software into Zulu/Thai/Afrikaans
Answer: Are you ready to deposit 50% of the product cost, give us some time to get a quote for translating the software and manual, and then get back to you with an affirmative answer (in which case you pay the rest of the money, we get the translation done, and ship the product to you within an agreed period of time) or a negative answer (in which case the deposit is refunded in full)?

Question: I like your product but it should have such and such extra feature (inverse leash mode, curfew mode, alarm, etc)
Answer: Are you ready to pay for the product if this feature becomes available? If so please make a downpayment and we'll add whatever feature you require as long as it doesn't interfere too much with other features, product complexity, firmware size etc.

Question: Would you support such and such payment arrangement?
Answer: Please indicate whether you actually have the ability to pay if the system you propose is accepted/becomes available.

(The above is actually good news if you're looking to purchase a product - we're committing to a good degree of custom work for each client... as long as there is a real intent to own a device)
