As of today all 39 DL2000 parts are either in the warehouses or loaded in a FedEx cargo plane and in transit, scheduled to arrive within 24 hours - except for part of the batteries (receiver ones to the US) that need some extra paperwork and are being held captive at the origin airport. We're now negotiating with the local authorities trying to get our guys released.

Shouldn't delay us - we will keep you updated on this breaking story as events unfold.

Things move fast. US warehouse already has all components except these batteries. UK stuff in transit with 100% of the missing parts.

We need to get back to you on this, it might take some more time. We need to figure out exactly what the legal implications are for us and for customers. We don't want to get fined or have our imports blocked, and also we don't want the customer to say ok, I take all the risk, and then be unhappy if the product gets seized because it doesn't have the C-tick requirements. Reports on the net say this never happens for one off shipments, but it's not up to us to bet a client's money on it, or to induce them to do so.

We need to do some more study, but Australia is not even the next country on our demand list (next after US and EU is Canada) - though it is a very beautiful country... so if you wish to hasten this process you may call customs and tell them, I want to order a product for personal consumption, it's got FCC and CE marks but not the C-tick, it's a wireless product, is it legal? What are the risks? Push them a lot and see what you can find?

Write us directly with any information. Sorry we can't handle this on our side with more impetus but we're crazy busy laying out our pricing, warranty, terms, and more before the product gets assembled.
