#9 is "report to PC" and will be used for male task scheduling and course interaction.
#10 is Canine Mode
Education Committee members: we previously erroneously reported a total of 8 silent command to choose, this is no longer an error as there are now a total of 8 actual customizable commands, so nothing changed. Call it premonition :)

I would think that whatever event triggered this command to be sent would become self evident once the male starts interfacing with the computer. This could be done as simply as popping up a message box that says something to the effect of 'it's time to start your next coarse - Service 101' or 'You've received an email.'
