IMPORTANT - Education committee formation

Help us define "The Dream Lover"

We're now seeking members to join our Education Committee. The committee will supplement our in-house expertise and be responsible for decisions regarding training materials, first and foremost our upcoming courses and male training curriculum.

Together, we will decide stuff like: which male skills are most in need and what should the first course be focused on? What kind of components will be required? (Dictation, multiple choice, composition, memory and patience tests, memorization by repetition, subliminal etc) Which requirements are common to most women and which will require some customization?

Thousands of males will study hard and memorize these materials - or get zapped trying :)

Let them finally work to live up to your expectations. You just have to stop by and let us know what those expectations are!

Requirements:

female
clear ideas on what a Dream Lover should be like
willing to participate in a special private forum

You may choose to remain anonymous or to have your pseudonym/website listed on the course credits.

UPDATE: There is no minimum time commitment! We understand people are busy and are only able to contribute when time allows it. Additionally the forum is private so do not worry about privacy and you will not get annoyed by suitors. We can also do this 1 to 1 by email if that's better for you

Males can help too, as Committee helpers:

scout for education committee members
create artwork or photograph training scenes (no nudity, high quality required)
helpers too can remain anonymous or be recognized (course credits + profile/pedigree page)

If you do not want to post in public, feel free to mail us directly.
Based on response and what you feel comfortable with we can have this discussion open (females post, males can review), private (closed forum) or one to one.

However you wish. But I also must be truthful I am an anomaly. I am pre-op TS that love the service sub side. But still has a DOM streak. I do tend to think feminine but can relate to the male dilemma. i have been in the electronic and computer side and getting into programming. As I stated in other post I have worn something like this before.

Good afternoon,

I have just found your site and am very intrigued by the content and concept. I am currently working as a researcher and lecturer within a University and therefore wish to offer my services to the education project either with respect to document creation and proofing or gathering academic research material to provide a theoretical basis for the training regiment should this be required.

I was also wondering whether you have approached any women with a background in either canine or equestrian training as well as those working in Psychology and educational theory?

Well the core group that decides which topics to cover (such as domestic chores etc) is ideally female only but your help will be much appreciated in fine tuning the methodology.

Not yet, we're in China getting the product finished right now... are you able to contact such women within your university, to join our committee?

Don't worry I was only offering to search for and highlight some interesting material to be considered for inclusion and an extra pair of eyes to search for allusive typo's prior to publication if necessary and definitely not a seat on the committee.

I know a fair few Psychologists and many educators however none of whom to my knowledge have particularly dominant tendencies, I'll keep my eyes open though.

When I write courses I start with the key learning outcomes that I think the individual should have at the end of the course but also of what future employers and colleagues of the learner will require from them. It may therefore be argued that if you wish to introduce both men and women to male training then the courses must be relevant, interesting and aspirational to all. Learning that combines all the learning styles has been shown to be most effective and women routinely excel educationally in social environments and thus it may be worth exploring delivering the courses in a social and interactive way. Have you looked at the dieting companies (weight watchers) for ideas as they offer an organisational model which supports members in achieving their goals, runs for a nominal weekly fee and turn a personal challenge into a social event enjoyed by their predominantly female customers?

Thanks Andy. We haven't looked at dieting companies, you seem to have a fresh perspective so your input is welcome.

As you say courses must be written starting from the desired learning outcome, that's where we want solid and at least somewhat diversified female committee. Once the committee has decided the 'what', then we can all figure out the 'how' together.

Doh, point noted!

If you need a general female consensus on the ideal man then perhaps you conduct a general survey with no reference to male training and then you apply what you learn using existing training theory? You could also survey the chores and tasks women most dislike and then create training elements which train men to do those tasks? I suppose it could be argued that if trained men fill needs that untrained men don't then women will want trained men.

That may be shooting too high, but we can at least find out which elements are common across all women and can be taught in a course and focus on those.
Obviously we retain a focus on female led relationships, otherwise the data would be all over the place.

I would suggest a feature where the male has to charge the battery or get chocked regulary when not doing. And also a chock treatment when temporing whith the device occurs. Just to keep him locked at all times.

I am very interested in becoming a active user on your education committee of the Dream Lover device on my sub.

I am an experienced, mature female who believes in and has performed male obedience training for developing men, particularly those in their 40s and 50s. Behavior modification, respect for female supremacy, self-control and overcoming impotency are essential goals for the male as he gets older. Most do not understand this.
