well the receiver should be the same as the remote but I like the black much more than the clear so given the choice would pick that one but nothing is stopping you offering both black and clear if you think some people prefer the clear.
I really like the black version - I think it looks more classy and less 'gadgety', if you understand what I mean. I'd also prefer the matte finish too. I'm a bit od a 'neat freak' and chose my mobile phone for the reason its surface didn't show smudges.
It is nice to be able to choose at this level of detail. Remember in the beginning when you were trying to find a pre-made plastic box (like for mints) that you could use? You've come a long way... literally, and I'll bet you'll be glad when you can go home!
Yes, the Japanese mint box, and hand punched holes that were never in the right spot, and weeks spent trying to find a tactile switch thin enough to fit, eventually the Taiwan supplier got so tired of inquiries they sent switches for free in exchange for a promise not to bother them again... we were in the Male Management dark ages then, we've definitely come a long way and admittedly we're being way too picky figuring out minute cosmetic details... but that's what it's like to do something you like, which was the whole point starting this company!
Oh I don't know I think we are in the dark ages now once the DL2000 is released along with training courses we skip forward 400 years to the modern age
