Privacy of sessions

An issue has emerged regarding the privacy of management sessions.
The current client-server infrastructure enables multiple administrators to manage a male at the same time. Should this be allowed? Prevented? Should administrators be able to view who else is managing the male? Should they also see who is sending what commands?

I would imagine that the simplest implementation would be to log which administrator sent the command. Also providing a list of administrators controlling a male would help facilitate everyone that has control.
The real question that begs to be answered; What is the range we are dealing with? Could or would this really happen? (odds?) And what would be your answer if this situation did occur? Is there a fix?

From my own perspective I know that my Mistress would be very unhappy if there was anyone else but Her as administrator of me. In fact I think she'd use up the batteries in punishment mode if that ever happened.

Restricting administrators to one is fine for specific relationships but I can see why some might operate as a group and have many administrators in charge of many devices.

I think you may already have the solution. You added the "device owner" mode so that an owner could withdraw the rights of an administrator to the device. You could slightly extend this. Perhaps the device owner can set a value saying if the device should be restricted to a single or multiple owners.

The administrator would be able to see if they are the only administrator of the device. As for multiple owners, some device owners may be happy for all administrators to see who the others are. On the other hand there could be a privacy mode where although an administrator knows they not the one controlling the device, they do not know who the others are.

Why not simply allow the owner to see everything and decide if administrators can see each other that is if you are still going to use the owner, administrator and male in the software.

I think web application security rules apply here quite well. So, each device should have:

- the owner of the device (or super administrator)
- users
- groups (the "male administrators" would be such a group)
- actions or activities (i.e. things that can be done with the device and the software)

Each user or group can be allowed certain actions by the administrator like, but not limited to, specific zaps or arousals. Two of these actions could be for logging: seeing the log of one's own commands and seeing the log of others.

This way, the owner/super admin can customize the application in any way she/he wants.
