Bank account cleared.

After much pain, more than a fair share of documents being signed and couriered back and forth, a price increase and misc nonsense, finally HSBC has opened our corporate bank account!

As of today we're operational as a corporate entity.

This was one of the big non-technical milestones.

Next stage is unlocked: we can now apply for credit card processing.

if it is only avaible in the US, then you can still order it online and ship it with a broker like http://www.shopusa.com/ to europe.

I am just about to order a neato XV-11 and get it shipped to Europe.

Much effort went into this and we think EU sales will open not much later than US sales. Before we thought it could take 6 months or more to start selling in the EU but right now it could be as little as 2 to 4 weeks or even synchronous to our US opening. All of this has to do with bureaucracy... we're now electronic product compliance mini-experts so we're navigating through this a lot better and faster.
